The ROWIG TIG 200 AC/DC is a complete and reliable single-phase inverter power source for TIG AC and DC welding. TIG AC functions are ideal for aluminum, magnesium, and related alloys, while steel, stainless steel, and copper are easily welded in TIG DC. The unit is primarily used in the petrochemical, food, shipyard, and construction industries where high demands are placed on welding. TIG AC and DC functions include gas pre- and post-flow, up-slope, down-slope, and final current, 2-Step/4-Step/Bi-Level operation, and low pulse (0.1 Hz-0.5 Hz) and high pulse (5 Hz-250 Hz) frequencies. Synergic arc ignition can be adjusted on the front panel by selecting the tungsten electrode diameter. The advanced square AC wave ensures higher welding speed, excellent weld quality, a better weld pool, and reduced noise. Optionally available with water cooling, foot pedal, or remote control.
