The Familiarc MX-A100 MIG welding wire is a metal-cored welding wire that offers advantages over solid wire. The wire is virtually slag-free and has a high deposition rate. The deposition rate is often 20% or more than that of solid wires. This is due to its excellent weldability, which allows for the use of higher welding currents. The wire produces a very stable, smooth arc, resulting in minimal spatter and deep penetration. Interim slag removal is unnecessary due to minimal silicate formation.

The welding wire is used handheld and in horizontal-vertical positions. This welding wire is ideal for robotic welding and other mechanized welding processes.
